I found this the other day at Work it Mom and thought wow this looks good, and easy, so we tried it and it is as good as it looks. I did cut the recipe down as it sounded bit big for my family, and a little hot for my little ones so I left out half of the chili's and only used 1lb of burger, we still had plenty for lunch the next day. It was an easy weeknight meal, and it didn't take any time at all to make. My suggestion is to give it a try on your next taco night for a new twist.
