Oreo Truffles

I found these on Tasty Kitchen the other day while browsing and knew they would be delish. I had to make them and they were. They were so easy to make if you have a chance give them a try.

Oreo (balls) Truffles
1 package of Oreos
1 8ox brick of cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Put the cookies through the food processor until they are a fine crumb. Then dump into your mixer add cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix until combined. Then on a cookie sheet that is lined with wax paper use your little cookie scoop and make balls. When done roll balls in your hand to make smooth and put into the refrigerator until firm-at least an hour. Then melt dipping chocolate and dip. Set on wax paper to dry about 10 min. Enjoy.

  2. I found this recipe about a year ago and love it. I've made it for several baby showers and it's always a hit. My recipe doesn't use the powdered sugar though it might be a nice touch. Love the blog!
