For dinner tonight we are having Coq au Vin, not that I can say it. It has everything in it that I love, so I am sure it will turn out good. I have a few recipes to choose from; I am going to go through them and see which one sounds the best. I am hoping for one that I can substitute broth for the wine, since hubby and the boys don't care for the taste of wine. Me, I love wine.....but that is for another day.
Tomorrow we will see how it goes.
