Macaroni & Cheese
This is one of my family's favorites. It's quick and easy on a busy night.
1 lb Pasta
8 oz American Cheese Loaf cut into chunks
4 oz Sharp cheddar cheese grated
4 oz Medium cheddar cheese grated
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
In a saucepan combine American cheese, and 3/4 of the shredded cheese, add milk and butter. Heat on medium high until melted and smooth, stirring often. While that is melting boil your water and add pasta. Cook pasta till just done. Drain pasta do not rinse, when cheese sauce is ready pour over pasta and stir well. When serving sprinkle some of the left over cheese on top.
I serve this with veggies and homemade dinner rolls if I have them or crescent rolls if I am in a hurry. Either way it is delicious.
