Last Wednesday J and I took the boys down to the California redwoods. This was the first real vacation that we have taken in over 10+ years. It was worth it. We had both gone as kids, but hadn't been back and really didn't remember much from our trips. The trees are amazing. The boys enjoyed the trip, and we are planning on going back again in about 5 years when M is old enough to really do some hiking, as it was we didn't get to hike much and when we did he was up on J's shoulders most of the time (that gets heavy fast).
Great pics and amazing trees. I've never seen them in real life. Very cool. :)
