Fun times :) Sarah didn't take swimming lessons until 2nd/3rd grade and she was the oldest in her class, but now she is a fish, an excellent swimmer. We were fortunate because the U of I where I work offered Red Cross Swim Lessons with students doing the teaching and she took lessons in the winter at the indoor Bevier Pool. I would leave my office at 5:00 and meet Jim and Sarah down the street at the pool on campus and she loved the teachers so much. Me, on the other hand - I never learned to swim so though we have a pool, I just float around on noodles, which I'm happy because while I love being in the water, I don't want to swim. :)
