Peppermint Bark Truffles

This is another new truffle that I have been working on. I wouldn't say it is perfect yet, but it will be soon.

 As you know I love peppermint bark it is one of my most favorite candies, in fact every year when december rolls aorund I buy several bags of hte girreldeli peppermint bark bags. I just can't help myself, I put them away and that way I have space them out over the year until december rolls around again. Yes I know how to make peppermint bark, but I don't need that much just a little nibble here and there will get me through.

It will probably take a few more times to get this one right, but that's okay, the ones that aren't quite right are good too.
